We are looking for a positive, friendly and reliable front desk office assistant to help us grow our expanding clinic.
The primary focus of the position will be front desk reception providing excellent customer service to our patients from their initial phone call to checking out from their appointments.
In order to be considered for the job you must be able to multitask, book appointments on our scheduling software, confidently answer phone calls and return properly written emails, and most importantly, make our patients feel welcomed and comfortable. You are the first person they talk to when they call or come into the clinic.
Other tasks will be to organize office systems, follow up on insurance verfication, light bookkeeping and clinic outreach to other providers as well as social media.
Ideally, you are easy to work with, coachable, and fun to be around as well as a great team player.
Further responsibilities include:
Basic book keeping
Social media posts
Billing and collecting fees from patients
Proficiency with Mac OS, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat
Tech savvy, can trouble shoot printer, internet and Mac issues
If you have strong skills in the areas of time management, organization, attention to detail, good communication skills and Quickbooks you’re definitely going to be at the top of the list. However, we can work with you if needed to get you there, especially if you bring a positive attitude to the table.
