Clinic Assistants

Are you looking for a fun and rewarding job cheering people on as they gain their health and life back? Willow Tree Acupuncture & Wellness is an uplifting and positive place to work. We are currently looking for happy souls to join our team as Clinic Assistants.

You are a jill/jack of all trades who likes to learn new things, can wear many hats, and will be an integral part of our growing team.

You are a multi-tasker extraordinaire who follows instructions impeccably, has a personality that oozes with optimism, possesses the power of Jedi-like anticipation, and displays cat-like reflexes.

The ideal candidate loves to smile, laugh, socialize with patients, and make them feel like the only person in the world. You will need to wear a face mask covering your nose and mouth at all times in the clinic for the safety of your teammates and our patients.

You will greet patients, assist the doctor and patient care coordinator, take chart notes, track inventory, answer phones when needed, assist with scheduling, offer tea and water, keep on top of daily clinic sanitation, and spread positivity. Social media skills and creativity will give you bonus points!

You’ll have a part-time schedule and be offered a competitive wage with direct deposit. Lucky for you (and us!), our schedule doesn’t include weekends or late nights. You’ll work Monday through Friday with approximately 20-25 hours per week. The pay range for this position is dependent on experience and starts between $15-17 per hour. We prefer candidates with a medical assisting certification such as CMA (AAMA).

Front Desk Office Administrator

Are you looking for part time hours but want to be a part of a bigger mission?

The Front Desk Office Administrator is our patient's first and last contact as a representative of our medical practice. This is a key role in successfully handling sales calls that convert to consultations scheduled, and public outreach through social media and patient newsletters. We provide excellent customer service with patient care as the center of our focus.

 

The right candidate will have these core skills:

  • Excellent customer service-oriented communication skills
  • Sales experience with desire to promote
  • Ability to write professional correspondence and create spreadsheets
  • Social media and creative skills would be a bonus
  • Comfortable collecting payments from patients
  • Proficiency with Mac OS, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat - Apple products and computers
  • Knowledge of Canva, Hootsuite and MailChimp
  • Tech savvy, can trouble shoot printer, internet and any tech issues

Licensed Acupuncturists

We’re growing fast, building a team of Licensed Acupuncturists to join our high volume, fast-paced, award-winning integrative clinic in Portland, Oregon.

The ideal candidate is ready to jump on a rocket ship and is adaptable, coachable, a team player, and professional, confident, and likable!

Candidates are required to:

Possess an active NCCAOM Certification in good standing
Be willing to learn new techniques & processes
Be able to work with patients up to 25 hours per week
Be able to travel by airplane up to three trips per year for required training
Provide at least three professional references
Agree to a background check prior to employment
Agree to wear a uniform (scrubs) and a mask covering nose & mouth during patient care hours

  • Possess an active Oregon Massage Therapist License in good standing
  • Live within 20 minutes of NW Portland
  • Be willing to learn new techniques & processes
  • Be able to work with patients approximately 20 hours per week
  • Provide at least three professional references
  • Agree to a background check prior to employment
  • Agree to wear a uniform (scrubs) and a mask covering nose & mouth during patient care hours
