Acupuncture Associate Position

Willow Tree Wellness Clinic is seeking an Acupuncture Associate to join our practice!
Our clinic continues to expand and we are looking to add a new amazing member to our team.

Our preference is to bring on someone who has a couple of years of clinical experience, however, our top priority is to find someone who is great fit with our team and is looking for long term employment as the clinic continues to grow.
We offer a full service clinic in a homelike professional office with a waiting area, three treatment rooms, front desk reception, linens service, janitorial service and a full granule and patent pharmacy in our kitchen.
This is an employee position with pay based on income generated by number of patients seen - the more patients you see, the more your income grows. New practitioners typically have their schedules 75% full by the end of their first 4 months with our clinic.
Current Days Available :
Three treatment rooms available on Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays 2 - 6 and Saturday 8:30-1:30.  Wed-Saturday work week with a three day weekend!
Opportunity to pick up more shifts to cover vacation and sick time.
Candidates Requirements :
  • Licensed in Oregon, and have NCCAOM certification                 
  • Live within 20 mile radius of clinic                                                       
  • Be willing to learn new techniques and processes                           
  • Be willing to work with patients for 24 hours a week                   
  • Carry your own malpractice insurance and liability insurance during evaluation period
  • Willing to participate in clinic outreach, networking opportunities, along with contributing to social media and blog posts       
  • Provide at least three professional references                             
  • Agree to a background check                                                         
  • Agree to wear a uniform (scrubs) and a mask during office hours

                

Ideally, you are easy to work with, coachable, and fun to be around as well as a great team player.
Further responsibilities include:
  • Strong herbal knowledge as well as gentle needle technique
  • Able to create and communicate effective treatment plans to patients
  • Able to see 2, possibly 3 patients an hour
  • Charting that meets professional standards
  • Personable writing skills for social media and blogging entries
  • Desire for long term employment 
  • Must be culturally respectful of all people of color, body positive and LGBTQ affirming
If time management, organization, attention to detail, and good communication skills come easily to you, you’re definitely going to be at the top of the list!
