For your convenience, Kiné Fischler LAc, Juniper Martin ND and Sarah Ryan-Knox LMT will bill insurance directly if you have an insurance policy with Acupuncture, Naturopathy and Massage benefits. They are In Network Preferred Providers with most of the major insurance panels :

- All Motor Vehicle Claims – Acupuncture and Massage are including in all Personal Injury Policies for automotive injury claims in the State of Oregon up to $15,000
Once your annual deductible is met, your only out of pocket expense is your office co-pay or co-insurance !
Email all of your insurance information at the time of scheduling, at least five business days before your first appointment. We will verify your benefits and email the information we receive about your plan before your appointment.

We will need to see your insurance card along with valid ID at your first appointment.
All providers can also provide “Superbills” with a Diagnosis and Procedure code allowing you to get maximum reimbursement from your insurance provider.
Individual herbs, herbal formulas and supplements are sold separately as they are not a covered by prescription benefits.
Federal Savings and Health Savings Accounts
If you are enrolled in a high-deductible health plan, you may use your health savings account to pay for treatment. By using your HSA checks or debit card, you may pay for acupuncture, naturopathic and massage treatment with pre-tax dollars while working toward your deductible.
Our services are also considered qualified medical care for Flexible Spending Accounts. You are welcome to use FSA checks or credit cards for acupuncture treatments.
Taxes
The IRS recognizes our services as a qualified medical expense, which you may find beneficial when preparing your income tax return. Speak with your tax advisor for more information.
